We ship worldwide, if your country isn’t supported yet please contact us. Once you place your order, you will be updated by email and you will be able to follow its process on the Order Tracking page.
It takes 1-2 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We guarantee you a 14-day return policy for every order. But there are some circumstances where we won’t give you a right to cancel. You can’t return Vinyl or CDs if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping. You can download the model return form here: english version or dutch version.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive a wrong item or damaged item. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@nonstoprecords.nl with the order number, pictures of the wrong or damaged item and we’ll sort that out for you.
We cannot be held responsible for packages that get lost or get damaged in transit unless you have chosen to register/insure your order on request. If a parcel is returned for any reason whatsoever, buyer is responsible for the postage to resend the order.
